Usually, it’s same-day to 4-day delivery depending on which stores, so any order placed before 11 am qualify for same-day delivery. Delivery service: $6.95 up to 50 lb, $12.95 between 50 lb to 100 lb  and $59.99 over 150 lb 

Our professionally trained personnel deliver your orders directly to your home. Delivery charges are based upon the weight of items purchased. Due to circumstances beyond our control, it is not possible for us to provide an exact time of your delivery. You may also leave special instructions for us to call you at a specified number 30 minutes to an hour prior to your delivery, so drivers can be met at your home. 

If, for any reason, it is necessary for you to reschedule your delivery, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled delivery. Failure to notify us of any changes after the delivery has been confirmed will result in an additional delivery charge.

Delivery Area: We service Across Houston and surrounding, As for now we don't ship outside our delivery zone, however you can hire service experts from anywhere in the world because they are remote experts

Returns are generally accepted for a full refund of original payment. However, returns are subjected to additional limitations within specific categories. See full list of categories below.

All returns must be submitted through Vastcart, as returns at the store level may not be accepted. An online form must be submitted with a photo of the product, and all information outlined in the document provided at submission to be eligible for review and processing. 

Nonperishable items 

Are accepted within 14 days of original purchase. Items must be in new, unopened and unused condition with the original packaging. We do not charge a return fee, and will be happy to schedule a pickup with one of our drivers! There is a $25 minimum in product value required to return an item(s) (multiple products can be combined). 

Grocery items, Perishables, Wines and Spirits

Are subjected to additional return limitations and will be reviewed at a case by case level. Items must be in new, unopened and unused condition with the original packaging. A return form must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery for review. 

Live Plants and Botanicals 

Are subjected to additional return limitations and will be reviewed at a case by case level. A return form must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery for review. 

Damaged or Missing Items, and Lost Packages 

Are subjected to additional return limitations and will be reviewed at a case by case level. A return form  must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery for review. You may return your purchase for free if you receive a wrong or damaged product within seven (7) days of delivery, simply email us the pictures showing the damage at info@vastcart.com as soon as possible and we'll help you out with a return or exchange.

Substituted Items 

If an item was substituted for your order, or the original item placed for purchase was not received. We will absolutely issue a refund for this item, if it is not satisfactory. A return form must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery for review.
