Our professionally trained personnel deliver your furniture directly to your home. Delivery charges are based upon your zip code as well as the number of items purchased. Our delivery charge includes inspection, assembly, setup of your furniture and trash removal.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, it is not possible for us to provide an exact time of your delivery. Our Delivery Department will contact you the day before your scheduled delivery with a four-hour estimate of your delivery time. You may also leave special instructions for us to call you at a specified number 30 minutes to an hour prior to your delivery, so drivers can be met at your home.
If, for any reason, it is necessary for you to reschedule your delivery, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled delivery. Failure to notify us of any changes after the delivery has been confirmed will result in an additional delivery charge.

Returns are generally accepted for a full refund of original payment. However, returns are subjected to additional limitations within specific categories. See full list of categories below.
All returns must be submitted through Vastcart, as returns at the store level may not be accepted. An online form must be submitted with a photo of the product, and all information outlined in the document provided at submission to be eligible for review and processing.
Are accepted within 14 days of original purchase. Items must be in new, unopened and unused condition with the original packaging. We do not charge a return fee, and will be happy to schedule a pickup with one of our drivers! There is a $25 minimum in product value required to return an item(s) (multiple products can be combined).
Grocery items, Perishables, Wines and Spirits
Are subjected to additional return limitations and will be reviewed at a case by case level. Items must be in new, unopened and unused condition with the original packaging. A return form must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery for review.
Live Plants and Botanicals

Damaged or Missing Items, and Lost Packages
Are subjected to additional return limitations and will be reviewed at a case by case level. A return form must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery for review. You may return your purchase for free if you receive a wrong or damaged product within seven (7) days of delivery, simply email us the pictures showing the damage at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we'll help you out with a return or exchange.
If an item was substituted for your order, or the original item placed for purchase was not received. We will absolutely issue a refund for this item, if it is not satisfactory. A return form must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery for review.
