Customers often have questions regarding their orders. This section will give customers some assistance if they are in need of answers to their questions or concerns.
Can I Buy On Vastcart If I'm Not In An Area You Serve?
Vastcart currently serves Houston and its surrounding areas. If you're not located in a area we service you can still buy on our platform, but Vastcart will be unable to provide delivery. For delivery you have the option to:
- Ask the seller if they can ship it to you directly
- Arrange for delivery through a third-party
Can I Pick Up An Item Vs. Have It Delivered?
As long as a listing shows local pickup is available you'll be able to choose self pickup at time of checkout! If a listing doesn't show local pickup is available, no worries. You can message the seller to see if they'd be open to the option.
If you decide to pick up an item yourself keep in mind:
You should check the item for any discrepancies at time of pickup. If you encounter any issues with the item, just leave it at the pickup location and contact us via email at info@vastcart.com for next steps
Do I have to be home to accept the package or can it be left at my front door?

How Can I Contact the Seller?
If you'd like to contact the seller, go to their listing and scroll up. Once you see the seller's name, click on positive feedback > contact now or go to their store page > contact now
How can I return an item and/or request a refund?
If there is an issue with your purchase that requires you to return it and/or request a refund, please contact the vendor directly. A contact form can be found on their respective shop page, as well as on the product page itself. All returns, refunds and purchase issues are handled by the individual vendors. Once a refund is approved it typically takes 5-7 business days for your refund to process. For more information regarding returns and refunds please review our Return Policy
How can I return an item?
While returns are subject to each individual store's return policy, we are happy to help facilitate this process. We do not charge a return fee, and will be happy to schedule a pickup
Start your return by Login and go to ORDERS Then click on the order of the item(s) you wish to return.
Select the number of items you wish to return, the reason of the return then submit it and a member of our support team will be in touch with you soon after!
How can I return an item?

How long does delivery take?
Usually, it’s same-day to 4-day delivery depending on what you order and from which stores, so any order placed before 12 pm qualify for same-day delivery between 2pm-8pm. All other orders will arrive next day between 2pm-8pm.
How much does delivery cost?
- Orders below $69: $5.99 flat rate delivery
- Orders $69 and above $1.99 flat rate delivery

This offer excludes orders or delivery for larger, heavy, oversized items and appliances.
I created an account after I ordered and now I cant my order.
If you created an account after you ordered, the order will not appear in the account, but anything you order moving forward given you are logged into your account, will appear in your Orders dashboard.
What days can I get delivery?
We deliver 7 days a week! :)
What happens when I make an order?
We appreciate you then, we quickly route your order to the neighborhood stores you’ve made your selections from. Once they’ve gotten word and had a moment to gather your items, we stop by each store, pick everything up, and then assemble all your items in one package. Finally, we head to your door, where we deliver your package and send you a text message to make sure you know it’s there.

Why Was My Order Cancelled?
There are several reasons why your orders may have been cancelled by Vastcart
- The item(s) sold out.
- There is a delay in replenishment for your item(s).
Will I be notified ahead of time when my delivery will arrive?
Once the order is placed, all you need to do is relax. We’ll notify you via text message to track the status and delivery of the order. You’ll be notified when:
- the package is ready for delivery
- our delivery associate is on their way to deliver for you
- delivery has been made
- an item is not in the store's inventory (we will offer you an alternate item, or refund the item)
All deliveries are made between between 2pm-8pm daily. So... if you made an order around 1pm, we will be in touch the next day before our delivery window of 2pm-8pm.
Please note, thanks to you, we're getting overwhelming support for NYC stores. Because of this, some orders might be delayed outside of our typical 4:30-9pm delivery window.

How do I add products to my store?
Once you sign in and click on the Store Icon>>Dashboard, which is your store dashboard, you will click on Catalog>>Products. Click on the Add Product button in the upper left hand side of the page to start uploading products to your store.
How do I become an vastcart.com vendor
you can register for a seller account here. Once we receive your application we will review your products or and services to confirm they meet our guidelines. After approval your account will be active and you can set up your online store and begin adding products.
How do I close my shop?
If you would like to close your shop, please contact us at info@vastcart.com to make the request.
How do I disable my products so they don't show.
You can go to Catalog>>Products and then "select all" your products by clicking on the box on the upper left, and then on the bottom there is a button (a circle with a vertical line through the middle) If you click this circle, you can enable/disable products.
How do you handle sales tax?
If you sell on other marketplaces you may know that marketplace facilitator sales tax laws have changed and are still changing. We have taken great care to make sure that sales tax is collected and distributed based on the most recent sales tax laws and nexus rules. In your Vendor dashboard you have access to a sales tax report and the ability to update your nexus as your business requires.
What does it cost to sell on vastcart.com?
Unlike most other marketplaces there is no annual, monthly or per-product fee. We charge a simple flat 9% commission including credit card processing fee.
