Delivery Time: Usually, it’s same-day to 4-day delivery depending on seller locations and delivery destination, so any order placed before 10 am qualify for same-day delivery. Delivery costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight of items purchased: $6.95 up to 50 lb, $12.95 between 50 lb to 150 lb and $59.99 for 150 lb and over.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, it is not possible for us to provide an exact time of your delivery. You may also leave special instructions for us to call you at a specified number 30 minutes to an hour prior to your delivery, so drivers can be met at your home.
If, for any reason, it is necessary for you to reschedule your delivery, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled delivery. Failure to notify us of any changes after the delivery has been confirmed will result in an additional delivery charge.
Stock availability: All our sellers are local and we try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be stock discrepancies and we may not be able to fulfill all the Buyer’s items at time of purchase. In this instance, the Merchant will either cancel the Buyer’s order or will contact the Buyer to substitute or edit their order to exclude the items that are not in stock
Delivery Area: We service Across Houston and surrounding, As for now we don't ship outside our delivery zone, however you can hire service experts from anywhere in the world because they are remote experts.
